I'm gonna say it's definitely in character for Seth to ruin the moment here, this one's not on me.

I wonder though what said insurance will say if Seth puts in "veil of tears" as reason for the car accident...

It's fine, Jon said suggested that he could drive. Now Seth is running on a combination of horrified rage and fear adrenaline that should work to get him home safely as long as it's not too far away.

Yeah nothing motivates Seth to drive more than his brother offering to drive

Y'know what would be funny, if Jon practiced until he was actually a better than normal driver, and better than Seth. If he still had a car and a reasonably functional body left at the end of that... hmm. I'm not sure where to go with that thought, besides imagining Jon as a bitter, re-alcoholic, lorry driver who despises his past self for taking an arts degree with no work prospects. Except, who knows if that job still exists ten years from now?

No, no, Seth is right that you should never let anyone drive the car who is prone to distraction, impaired, or incompetent. Jon is at least one of those, possibly two. The problem is that Seth may be at least one of the above himself. Where is superhero Ken when you need him to use his heroic superpowers of being reasonably sensible?

Ken, visiting his family, just feels a disturbance in the force and doesn't know why

I don't know why, but I hear Jon's voice in my head as Dave Lister's. I haven't randomly assigned one to Seth yet, but I have to think that he might sound a bit like a relaxed Arnold Rimmer. Why they're all from Red Dwarf, I don't know.

That's funny, I imagine his accent very differently but the voice itself might not actually be far off! Rimmer's voice for Seth could be a pretty good match, not gonna lie

Heh, that's awesome. I'm sure that Seth's voice isn't Ace Rimmer's though. I'd LOVE to see a storyline with a reference to that, though. :D

If it weren't for the cable-knit lines, I'd find the vanilla-strawberry flavour of Seth's jumper very appetizing.

It didn't even occur to me that I gave him a tasty ice cream colour scheme with him there! I thought it looked a bit plain and not obvious that it was a jumper without the knit lines, so I like how it looks, but less tasty, sadly!

He's a man on a mission... to avoid having Jon crash his car!

I feel like Seth can be pretty chill on a lot of things, but he's really strict about his car, that just makes sense for him

I'll drive.

Still a better driver than Jon, probably
