Seth could only hope so, because it would give him blackmail on his evil boss and a new reason to tell Jon to stop seeing her. I sincerely doubt he's either that lucky or has that amount of positive karma due. On the other hand, Tilly may have that amount of negative karma due for harassing Seth instead of just firing him for his lazy incompetence.
What are the odds that they have a row and decide that they should be friends from now on because they like each other's violence? Just imagine the teasing that poor Jon would get confused by if that happened.
Hmm...Tilly might be evil and twisted, but Anna has height and is what we call here in the American South 'wiry'. That's a compliment, actually, because it usually means that someone is pretty much all muscle and gets the jump on someone because it is unexpected that they have such strength.
I suspected someone like her had to be a raging ball of anxieties searching for targets to go monster on. Why else would she be so vicious to Seth when it's obviously not working to make him less lazy and incompetent? On second thought, maybe it is working but Seth's best just isn't very good.
Managers do have special manager-fu for finding out and remembering things about people. The crap some of them do in training seminars, management meetings, and in, "private preparation," can look somewhere between obsessive and insane. Is she one of the bad ones with a bookshelf full of books and magazines on how to be an arsehole manager?
I'm hoping it's not too spoilery to say Tilly is very, very insecure, so you're not far off the mark. She's also pretty good at noting and remembering things about people if she thinks that info will be useful, so Seth's name is either a blind spot or fully intentional (honestly, I write her and I'm not sure which it is lol)
She's a schoolkid working as a supervisor over people bigger and older than her. It'd be a surprise if she wasn't either nervous about it, power mad over it, or both.
(The real reason women need high heels: To feel a tiny bit less threatened by the giant dick monsters everywhere, that make you feel small like a helpless child!)
Steel toe for me, I've never really needed heels just for height. They make the ones that notice think I'm a bit of a scary butch, but it can be worth it just to sort those from the others.
Yeah I was having trouble with his hand pose here, and must have got tunnel vision because I didn't notice how slender I made his wrists! He's meant to be kinda slim but I went a little overboard haha!

I'd give 3-2 odds on Anna.
And she has a passable track record in fights...

Now I settle for regular heels that are heavy enough to make a similar sound
