This is probably the most sitcom-ish chapter I’ve ever written. Enjoy!

me, a smart person: *puts the tallest cast member next to the shortest cast member for an entire page*

If that girl was cut, I'm pretty sure she'd bleed anime.

Next page, she gets a paper cut, and an entire harem of cute girls falls out

Poor Jon, he's in for... Something. :'D

Btw, the bread got a genuine laugh out of me.

Yep, he's going to have some experiences

And I'm glad! I have to make supermarket backgrounds interesting for myself!

Ok, I kind of want Fanta bread now. There is also Dr. Pepper bread, but it tastes very odd.

Wait, is there actually?
Life is stranger than fiction.

It's a Southern United States thing. We have a lot of odd culinary delights here. Fried okra, Coca-Cola bread, fried Twinkies, banana and peanut butter sandwiches. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Maybe these two are standing in the "world foods" section of the supermarket then! ;)

Look on the bright side Seth - if they were to mutually like each other, it could improve your standing with Tilly

So much to love here: The dialogue, that girl's glassy eyes, the bread puns...

This version of Tilly honestly scares me more than any of the times she's threatened Seth with bodily harm.

Yet, at the same time.

I'm, like, ready to ship it, if that's where this is going. Even if Jon will probably suffer for it. We did just establish last arc that Jon deserves suffering, after all :p

People are both concerned about, and eager for the suffering of, my characters?

Bad boys speak in Shakespearian verse, right?

Man, there's some extensive background jokes here. First I just noticed the Pepsi bread, then the misspelt braed, then the fact that Sep's Sven's Steve's Seth's nametag is still wrong.

Only the baddest!

His nametag is the bane of his life right now tbh

Lookout, Jon, she's going full-on Betty Boop in love with you, and that means trouble!

Oh, and, heh, I love the bread name gag, I don't think I've ever seen it used elsewhere and it's hilarious. :D

It's a joke I make every time I'm in the supermarket with other people and we pass the bread or baking aisle.

This is why people don't like shopping with me

It sounds to me like you keep shopping from being boring. :)

What about the pain in the ass bread? You've got to have your pain in the ass bread if you wanna make felawfuls.

And I am hopeful that Jon gets to learn the hard way that dating evil people is a bad idea. Unfortunately, he may have already gotten the hint to stay away during their last brotherly body-swapping fiasco. Cue URL given by someone less lazy than me right now?
