A visualization of Seth's mental age would be him wearing a tweed jacket with elbow patches! :-D

Oh dear, doesn't look like Seth is going to get much of a deeper relationship than this...

Eh, Gemma seems to be a fairly mild degree of pervert at worst. Unless she starts doing things to Seth he specifically dislikes or infects him with something this isn't at the level I would let him complain about it. Of course he should probably take this as a big hint that she's not especially interested in a monogamous relationship with him.

How old one is factually is a matter of record, but how old we feel is subjective. Generally I link the idea of feeling too old to feeling too much boredom or lack of agency.

"a fairly mild degree of pervert at worst" - my new dating profile

But yeah, looks like the worst thing he's risking so far is disappointment.

Huh, that could work as an online dating profile quote if what you want is sex-friends and one night stands. It's not for me unless a doctor tells me I have less than a year to live.

There could easily be worse problems waiting for Seth than just Gemma not being interested in a monogamous relationship with him. Want a list of ideas for how it may be worse? ;)

Oh... poor Seth.

He really can't catch a break, can he? Is that... is that one of the laws of WoT?

This comic follows the mantra "yes, BUT"

It's like the improv rule "yes, AND" except everything goes wrong

Looks like I was right that she doesn't really see guys as people.

Looks like I was absolutely wrong that she was starting to see him as a person!

I am interested to see where this goes. The stereotypical problem is being friend-zoned, but his problem is that he has been booty-call-zoned!

Huh, not sure I've ever seen this one happen before. I've heard it happens, sure, but it doesn't get much air-time in the entertainment I've seen. I guess I'm just "old".

I've known people who have been in this sort of situation, so it's more inspired by that than by any media. That being said, I think something like this has been done, but I can't think of an example off the top of my head
